A view to Lake Näsijärvi, Tampere
The Pyynikki ridge is a lovely place to have a house.
The ridge forms a narrow isthmus between the two lakes, Lake Näsijärvi and Lake Pyhäjärvi. The ridge was formed during the last ice age about 10,000 years ago.

Looks like a very pretty place with old baseplate. The vibrant yellow of the house and that of the leaves make a delicate harmony. V

The colors and the shapes of the houses are so interesting. Are the roof configurations that way to lessen the impact of snow?.
