A Thai Chili Condiment

This is a great condiment made from chilies, garlic, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and water.
Just mix together and it will keep in the fridge for about six weeks.
Great on eggs, in soups, with stir fried rice or noodles, just about anything.
(See yesterdays photo for the chilies in their original condition)

WOW! This is serious stuff! Beautifully photographed. I would like to try a little bit of this in some fried rice or noodles. Sweet-hot-salty... a great combination of flavors!

Bring on the hot stuff Walter! If it doesn't burn my mouth ... it's too bland to eat! Nice presentation!

Ouch! I like hot, but that looks too hot - no time in the blender? Colorful shot
