Sushi
The Marukai Japanese Supermarket sells this as a lunch pack (without the plate).
There are four types of sushi, hamachi = yellow tail, sake = salmon, maguro = tuna and unagi = eel.
In the foreground is gari = pickled ginger used to cleanse the palate between sushi types.
