Lemons

A storm in January severely damaged our lemon tree. It has made a full recovery and when I took this photo today there were over 100 lemons in the tree.
The image below shows the lemons picked from the broken branches back in January.

Yup... they look sweeter than the oranges we get here ! All I can think of is about lemon receipes, lemon pies, lemon juice, lemondade, but most of all, Limoncello Liqueur as per traditional Italian methods and receipes. (Visit the Amalfi Coast (where Roman Emperors used to spend their winter months), south of Naples, and I'm very certain that you'll be hooked on Limoncello).
