The classic Reuben sandwich is a hot sandwich composed of corned beef,
Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, between two slices of grilled rye bread.
In this vegetarian version I use Lightlife Veggie Protein Slices.
But however you make it, the real secret to a great Rubin is the Russian dressing.
