Edit April 2025: Mmmh. A glitch in PBase. Wow. Never seen that before. I'm laying odds that it will load fine in Flickr and as for PBase... at this point who cares?
This is a later image from my first ever session with my Olympus 60mm f/2.8 Macro lens, as described in my Book Of Firsts album. (That's what I was referring to in the "astute EXIF reader" comment above, because when I wrote that I didn't expect PBase to screw up the EXIF.) I wouldn't rate it as the greatest macro ever taken (or even close), but it worked well enough for the shot of the day.
Oh, and after 11 years? I have no idea what the ending that I referred to in the first paragraph is. With my current workflow there would be a reference to it in the Word document where the descriptions are compiled. But then if I had my 2025 workflow in 2014 I wouldn't need to be spending time updating shots to move from PBase to Flickr.
Always, always add your descriptions into the EXIF, boys and girls. It makes photo portability so much easier.
