I haven't been to this café yet. (Actually that's not completely true, I did once get raisin toast and coffee for breakfast which I wasn't over the moon about, but I haven't tried it for lunch.) It might seem that not many other people have from this shot either, but it's only just gone noon and the rush has yet to start.

I have to admit, on a day like this, which was sunny but cool, sitting under one of the umbrellas watching the traffic go by might be a nice way to while away a lunch hour.

That is, until you realise that (a) you haven't taken a PAD and (b) you have to return to work, sigh.

I may return to this subject, with a few more people, at a future time. But not, I think with the 300D.

Edit 24 May 2025: Wow, I was gobsmacked reading that. Later in that decade, this would become my go to place for breakfast each morning (Vegemite on Turkish bread plus an orange juice IIRC) and frequently lunch (various items, but I recall they did an exceptionally tasty BLT). But of course then the bug hit, and we moved offices, and so I probably haven't been there in half a decade. I do think of them from time to time, and always fondly. Maybe the coffee was just a bad day.
