In my "Atmosphere" gallery I introduce the subject with a discussion of the beauty of cloud form and imagination. The older we get, the less we enjoy (or take time to at least) the simple joy of looking for imagery in cloud formations.
Life has been somewhat surreal this week. I have spent more time looking to the sky. Some of it has been anticipating spiritual inspiration for clarity and guidance. Some of it has been just in awe of the beauty of this part of creation after several days of being deprived of the combination. Other times I just needed a momentary escape from concern, stress or frustration.
This particular formation this morning helped me to drift off into those childhood thoughts of being able to fly. What could I do if I could fly? Would I use it for good or would I become power hungry? Would I do something right now to impact others in a positive way? I can do just that, even if I can't fly. I can be a part of something so much bigger than myself just by the choices I make.
Why did I see this in these clouds? See the original...
