As we move closer toward summer, the deciduous canopy gets thicker and thicker narrowing the window of opportunity for catching light on the forest floor. If you are patient, this constantly changing light show can be fun to record and watch.

beautiful, Scott! love the deep green of the fern and the contrast of the purple - if I am remembering one of Roberta's challenges, green and purple are complementary colors (opposites on the color wheel) - very nice shot!
