Don't know Mark, but front center one rider back with his head tilted down is the later Dr. Roger Sumner from Vancouver, riding in his Crescent jersey (black shoulders-center band with script). The local Volvo dealership was importing Crescents and sponsored a team for a time--also sponsored early Gastown Gand Prix.
