Time slips away so quickly - in fact 'time flies ...'
Once the most popular airliner, this bird's working life is nearly done after more than half a century. Your photo brings back many fond memories, Vlado ... :-)

Thank you Dave,
my father has also flown DC 3 during period 1960-1966.
I really like everything regarding aircrafts, so first time I would have enough of free time I will visit Air Museum at Belgrade Airport, than I will have new pictures of different planes inside the Museum.
Best regards
Vlado

Vlado,
Enjoyed all your gallery's, very interesting images, a part of the world that I am not familiar with. The C47 pictured here, known commercially Douglas DC3, was referred to as a "goony bird" by military people. I have flown on this type of plane many times when I was in the U.S. Marine Corps. Truly a great plane and they are still being flown to this day.
Thanks for the comments you wrote in my gallery.
Regards,
Dave
