We just wanted to send a message to say Thank You for a wonderful time at your park!! My husband and I and two children were at your park July 16 , it was a breeze to find parking, everyone was so helpful to find our seats, I thought it was awesome they cleaned the seats before we sat down. Then we went in between innings to get something to drink, my husband got a bottle of water from one of the stands when he opened it and drank the water was warm. So he stopped at one of the food stands to ask for a glass with some ice, but instead a charming black woman ( I wish I knew her name to tell you) she told my husband to follow her, we looked at each other not knowing what to expext? She took us to a gentleman dressed in dress slacks and shirt and tie, she told the gentleman about the warm water. He told us to wait one minute went behind closed doors and got my husband an ice cold water. We thought that was above and beyond!!! It was just a wonderful experience!!! We won the tickets through our local newspaper because its kind of pricey to take a family of four. But we would definitely like to come back to your wonderful stadium. It was my kids first experience at a major league ball park , they will never forget how the players were kind enough to toss each of them a practice ball. I'm sure they will tell their kids about the day we went to Pittsburgh on a hot summer night. THANK YOU!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The Rodino Family
