This is a summer favorite in our house.
I used a homegrown orange Brandywine tomato and real San Francisco sour dough french bread that my husband brought home from a business trip.
Ohhhh, I like this. I wonder how many of us will learn and use new ideas with food during this month. I know I will. And, I see that beautiful plate underneath it, too.

Gourmet BLT. Last summer friends returning from New Zealand brought this tip with them, tomato and mint sandwiches. It was new to us give it a try if it's new to you.
