Perfect B&W image. Love the details. Superb!

My eyes go straight to the wonderful hat. We very seldom see
ladies wearing hats these days here. Beautifully composed and
a very striking image. I love the lace detail.

This is nice - We live near a place called Killerton with a collection of Victoria dresses and clothes, but unfortunately no photo's allowed. So good to see this and pause for a moment and reflect on the incredible work and skill that went into garments like these.

Yes! Lovely B&W, capturing the right "moment". Clever work!

I love it. The contrast with the lady in black in the foreground makes it even more intriguing.

Cindy,
l lack the magical ability with words of Michael,
but agree that this is absolutely charming and so sensitively photographed.
How sad that this belongs to a by-gone age, but brought to life again briefly
in your wonderful image

Ms. Flood:
This absolutely tears me UP.
The image is so beautiful, and the memories of days gone by so strong, I am absolutely dumbstruck...
Here's to days gone by, and young ladies in lace!!
