Well, I had no clue of what I was going to use for this challenge. I did a photoshoot yesterday and this came to mind. This young Airman was deployed for quite some time and just got back home. Since he and his wife were apart and now they are together again, their reunion is fresh and new once again. As hard as it is to have them gone away fighting for freedom, the more joyous it is when they return. They can start out the new year together the way it should be.
I've known both since they were in highschool. A dear friend of mine's son and his lovely wife. This young lady worked for me a while back. Both are beautiful young people with huge hearts. I pray for our military every day to keep them safe and strong. I also thank them a lot.
Before we left to go our separate ways after the shoot, we began to talk a bit. A man jogging by stopped and shook Chad's hand and told him thank you. That moved me. Chad said they don't get that often. So, when you see one of our military men/women, stop and say thank you.
