Surveillance

Aberdeen

It's not that I mind having my picture taken,
but the thought that there is someone
on the other end of this thing, panning and zooming..... and recording
to me is definitely sinister.
I read somewhere that, we in the UK,
are the most observed population on the planet. And it does not surprise me.
At lunchtime, I had the idea for this shot, and snapped 14 cameras in about 15 minutes!!
Then I spent the rest of the afternoon waiting for someone to arrive at my desk
to ask me why I was photographing security cameras!!!!

I wonder if they design them to be extra-sinister on purpose. Looks like a small-ish rock would take this one out though. Oops, probably shouldn't have said that...I wonder if they allow access to PBase from Guantanamo.

Shame they only watch... sigh.
Great idea for the challenge though!

Brave attempt, but watch out, it is probably illegal to take pictures of these!

The authorities usually wait until you're asleep to make the apprehension.

Great idea! And more than a bit spooky (in the original sense of spook) when you think about it.
