"Radial"

We had just arrived at the Texas State Fair in Dallas with our daughter and two grandbabies. I was telling her about the October scavenger hunt on the drive to the fair.

When we arrived, it was threatening rain, so we ducked into one of the huge buildings selling all kinds of stuff. As we wandered the aisles, Lucas looked up and remarked about the huge overhead fan. That was really one "big ass fan" and thought it might work for radial. Read on...

So you know I had to Google "Big Ass Fans" and learned that they are made for large commercial buildings with a fan span of 8-20 feet in diameter. They are made in Kentucky and there are international contacts in the United Kingdom and Australia. If you go on their website, you can get the latest in Big Ass News, Big Ass Blog, and you can also communicate with a big fan expert (wonder why they are not called Big Ass experts?).

Their mascot... Fanny the donkey, of course. You can get Big Ass hats, t-shirts, squeeze toys and whoopee cushions and they report that all proceeds from merchandise are donated to the non-profit Longhopes Donkey Shelter rescue in Bennett, Colorado.

Just thought I would pass on this most valuable information... (No, I am in no way associated with the Big Ass Fan Company. It just happened to catch my eye. I am always amused by sometimes the most simple, silly things in life!) Have fun with this one...
