I had such an unfair advantage in this challenge as I had at least 100,000 subjects from which to choose. Since Hurricane Katrina you can just throw a dart and hit a spot.

Glad to say Portland is the opposite, a booming real estate (slowing lately) , liveable downtown, only street people and some aging light industrial places to consider.
