NYPD and Coleen at NOMA

Front of New Orleans Museum of Art in City Park

Law enforcement agencies from across the U. S. came to the aid of NOPD. A group from New York city has been assigned to patrol the area of the New Orleans Museum of Art. They were hired by the Museum's insurance company. The Museum suffered very little damage and had a little water in the basement. This young officer graciously posed for a photo.
The Museum is on high ground and flood waters did not linger. I was here feeding the waterfowl who wonder where everyone went.
The clothes I have on is one set of the three that I have; all my clothes were Katrina flood targets. As soon as stores open somewhere within a 50 miles radius I will get some. Cannot travel too much as there are no gas stations open and no electricity to run the pumps.

other sizes: small medium original auto
