Dusk to Dark in Death Valley

Out of the morning and into the evening, in this second Death Valley gallery. From the warm colors and long shadows of dusk to the gradual onset of dark and my first adventure
in night shooting; a bit eerie, but a LOT of fun! Fun to the point of exhaustion, from tramping all over the dunes from one fabulous scraggy tree and shapely dune to another.

To respond to John, I never saw any vehicles on or around these dunes, so pretty sure it's forbidden. I for one am so grateful of that. We walked in from the road. Bit of a hike, but SO worth it. The hike back at 9pm was much longer!! :))
