On the north-western part of the city, behind neighbourghood Mälikkälä there are nice woods with good pathways.
Starting by shopping mall Länsikeskus you are able to walk all the way to Yläne, 50 km north, and onwards using recreational routes. The routes pass also a new popular shopping mall, Mylly, in Raisio. Whenever I have plenty of leisure time I have a walk in those woods listening to the sounds of nature.
