The Turku Cathedral

Pictures of the Turku Cathedral. These are taken on the hill Vartiovuori.
The city center was situated around the Cathedral back in the medieval times and even in the 17th and 18th centuries. The growth after that happened on the other side of the river and the city center is nowadays located about ½ - 1 km away.
