Fred already posted one of his images shot from the dock at Cameron Lake. He suggested I shoot from
the dock, too, that chilly morning--I'm always looking for good ideas, even if they aren't my own.
This image was taken a little later in the course of the sunrise than was Fred's. Usual tweaks in RAW.
I darkened the sky a bit using a separate layer using multiply and then adjusted the opacity to 50% to
make it look the way I remember. Colors and saturation adjusted to make it look a bit like Velvia.
Noise reduction and lens distortion adjustment to remove a bit of bow in the horizon from the wide
angle lens were also done before resizing and sharpening. The dock isn't quite centered left to
right--any thought on cropping a bit off the left to center it?
