When I was young, I could remember riding on the back of the Drays. I can only remember two that ran the drays... Jack Kelley and Sharlows, they both lived close by.. in fact behind my home was a big pasture with the horses.... Jack Kelly started out with the drays and over time ran a travel agency along with the Wetaskiwin Stationary along with Len Roberts... I grew up with both familys.. The the time of the drays the milk wagon had a team of horses.. the delivery was a few times a week.. the horses were so well trained, they stopped when whistled at... and didn't move... I must be getting too old for this...
