13 September 2008

Almost a week since I cut my paw on something whilst out on a walky, friends, and I am feeling better.
In fact, I'd like to be doing more than Dad will allow me to do. My paw's still got the stitches in
and will have for a few days yet. I feel ready to run about and play, and go for long walkies again
but Dad's being a spoilsport and won't let me! It's hard being a busy, nosy terrier with a healing paw.
Patience is not one of my strong points.

Dad: many thanks to those of you who commented/sent messages, particularly those about how to care for Pooch's paw.
This was a new experience for us and our vet was not as helpful as he could have been. We have
reason, again, to be fortunate in our pbase friends. We really appreciate your help.

Oh poor Pooch! As long as you can still eat! Listen to Dad, he knows best,
then you'll soon be able to run and sniff again...

So pleased Pooch is feeling better and hope you get to go walkies soon!
He looks good in the collar - Jack looks depressed and won't move if we put one on him!

Hey, Pooch, wear a little plastic baggie on your foot and go for a one-block walkie.
Can you send Presidential signals from your little dish? Awwww, Pooch, I hate to see you handicapped like that. Kisses, kisses.

Your paw does still look rather sore Pooch, so I am glad Dad is not letting you walk and run about too much. Are you taking warm salt water footbaths to help with the healing process?

Pooch in a satellite disc. Maybe you can send out campaign messages worldwide with that?
Or telepathic/hypnotic messages to Poochdad, so he lets you romp around a bit? That´s a good hypnotic stare you´re doing there!
