20130120 - Back in the River

Stood in the river again - this time on a less wobbly rock, though it was still a huge balancing act!
I wanted to get a bit of daylight to give a blue tinge to the ice not lit by the flash (that had a CTO filter on it). The flash was on minimum power though and it was still a bit on the strong side. Sis bought me some gels for Chrimbo, the pack has CTO and CTO with .3 ND. "why on earth would anyone want some ND with a CTO?" I thought to myself whilst cutting a piece of the normal gel... well now I know! D'oh.

Love the drop and the ripple.

Fab results and it sounds like you toiled hard to create this. The droplet is a little piece of magic.
