Stockholm...on a sunny winter afternoon...

On the 19th January 2011 I met up with Ulla in Stockholm...She is also a PBaser...
It was our first meeting and as the sun was out we walked all along the waterside...
The sky was a beautiful blue but dont be deceived it was freezing cold and even more so when the sun went down...
You will see the images in the order that I took them and how quickly the light changed in the two hours we walked...
Had a most enjoyable afternoon with Ulla and before we went home we had a tasty meal at a restraunt in a shopping center called Gallerian...

fabulous architecture...	all along this waterfront are hotels and some apartments...	the apartments are expensive here...

the blue rope...	radisson hotel...	rbs...
empty...	stockholm sightseeing...	a great building...
sunlight through the porthole...	seagull mast head....	over the bridge is the back of the National Museum...
sunset...	walking back towards the city...	ice on the water...
over the water...	looking down from the bridge...	the balloon tree...
ice sculpture by the path...	reflections...	sundown...
birds going to roost...	after glow...

Where do you want to go next time? You got great pics from our walk. And the treatment really shows the warm sunset colours this time of year. I hope we can do this again. Maybe on Djurgården/Skansen/ Rosendals Trädgård . There´s lot of nice places in and around Stockholm...
