Create a zone of
favorable economic robust

This is the second letter I sent to President Bush on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006

President George W Bush
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N W
Washington DC 20500-0003

Dear President Bush,

I want to expand on some ideas I wrote to you about earlier this month. As I said
in my last letter “America and Mexico are together forever”. Create a work zone
second to none in the world. This would be funded by both nations in and about
the world free trade zone between both nations of Mexico and America. Commerce
paying for commerce. What a wonderful excellent great idea.

Housing for the workers on both sides of the border. Restaurants every five hundred
feet from east to west. Supplies of gasoline, auto parts and auto manufacturing
facilities. Grocery supermarkets and super centers for food and home building supply
stores for property improvement. This would be an area of wealth
[ on both sides for both sides ] representing everything good from both nations.

Create a zone of favorable economic robust that would greatly enhance the well-being
of both nations. Set up a business zone of one hundred yards on each side of the
border from the Pacific Ocean to the east coast of Mexico. People would want to
be there. Miles of industry, commerce, export, import and success. The USMX wall
of prosperity. Create internships for young people. Use this as a way to better
serve and enhance the youth of both nations. Schools of higher learning.

The area would be 200 yards wide, more or less and open to the workforces of
both nations. Paid for by the united international trade and industry at the
border. The cost of the land is not an issue. The property could be donated
by both nations to create prosperity and growth. No longer would workers have
to cross to find work because the work would be at the border benefiting both
nations on both sides of the border. No human being should have to die to find
a job and better themselves. This is not a war, it is a journey. Railway lines,
trucking to and from with better life and added well-being!

This would be a middle-of-the-road area for the development of new companies,
economic growth and scientific development. The area would not divide us but
instead unify us in both nations for the betterment and goodwill of both our
countries. Libraries, schools of higher learning, hospitals, blood banks, gas
stations, several airports, many hotels. Free trade, positive growth. Eliminate
malaria one hundred percent in Mexico. This would be an opportunity for the free
world to show itself in a true light of working together. Openness at its finest.
Democracy at its best working for a better world.

I would like to hear from those who read this letter. Your ideas.
Please let me know what you think.

Please Mr. President, please consider these ideas. Keep up the great job, keep
our nation safe and help our nation grow and prosper! Again I say “Democracy at
its best working for a better world”.

Sincerely,

President George W Bush
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N W
Washington DC 20500-0003

Dear President Bush,

I want to write and discuss some ideas. You know America and Mexico are
together forever so why not use this as a true way to better serve both
nations. Create a zone of favorable economic robust that greatly enhances
the well-being of both nations. Set up a business zone of one hundred
yards on each side of the border from the pacific ocean to the east coast
of Mexico. The wall of prosperity.

The wall is 200 yards thick and open to the workforces of both nations.
Paid for, by and through the united international trade and industry at
the border. No longer would workers have to cross to find work because
the work would be at the border benefiting both nations. This would be
a middle-of-the-road area for the development of new companies and economic
growth. The wall would not divide us but instead unify us in both
nations for the betterment and goodwill of both our countries.

Free trade and positive growth. Democracy at it’s best working to
better the world. Please consider this idea. I made something that
represents both our nations. I framed it and would like to send it
to you as a gift. May I please have permission to send it to you?

Thank you. Keep up the great job and keep our nation safe.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey L Knapp Mesa AZ 85203

Concept: Parachutes in helicopter design

Dear Governor Napolitano,

On Sat, July 28 my neighbor Rick and I took a road trip. We had time to ponder ideas and discuss the tragedy involving the news helicopters and passengers ( God rest their souls ) at Steele Park. We talked about four or five parachutes connected to the bottom of the helicopter that would deploy with the flip of a switch blowing out and away from the bottom of the helicopter using technology developed to launch airbags. Very quick and very fast!

These chutes would be the same size used on capsules returning from space in the seventys and eightys. Chutes could be used with the helicopter at any incline; right side up, at a ninety degree angle or upside down. The parachute system would always be destroyed saving the helicopter when coming to rest. The chutes would help to make sure the fall is less severe and the impact reduced. The hole in the center of the parachute would be one foot in diameter and hold the propellant part of the opening device to get the chute fully opened from the bottom of the airframe in seconds. The main rotor would help open the chutes and keep the chutes deployed.

One parachute is front and center under the cockpit followed by two parachutes in line under the cabin between the skids followed by one or two chutes in line along the bottom of the tail boom in front of the tail rotor. The cabin & tail boom would be constructed of the same material used in construction of NASCAR roll cages. It must be safer! Look how far NASCAR has advanced in the past 20 years. We must learn from history and improve for the future.

Will it work? We think it will work. Thank you for your time on this important lifesaving matter.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey L Knapp

Hypothesis: common sense rules and guidelines for driving an automobile / wheeled vehicle

Dear Governor Napolitano,

On August 15th I heard you on 92.3 KTAR FM radio talking about the risk of text messaging and irresponsible driving. To my knowledge, since the inception of the automobile, no basic set of rules or guidelines has ever
been established, in writing with regard to the proper use of the motor driven automobile / wheeled vehicle.

I would like to make this proposal. Establish a common sense set of rules to be followed by each driver in the State of Arizona and lead the way for other states to follow. We can be first. This common sense program could be a part of the Governors Traffic Safety Advisory Council and the Governors Office of Highway Safety (GOHS).

Common sense rules in writing. Failure to follow rules would result in a warning. Lets get serious.

Both hands must be kept on the steering wheel when the vehicle is in motion. Driver must have a clear view in all directions including a straight direct view in the rearview mirror at all times. Driver must be able to hear noises outside the vehicle that might effect driving ability. Driver and passengers must wear their seat belts. Radio must be kept at a sensible volume to be able to hear noises outside the vehicle. Speed of the motor vehicle must be kept within the posted limits. Vehicle license plate tags must be kept current. A current drivers license must be with the driver. Before or during driving, do not use drugs or alcohol. This will help save many lives young and old.

Common sense rules! This is needed by everyone and the ones that are not getting it are killing people. No where on the planet is there a set of common sense driving rules “in writing” that I know of, anywhere. We want this. We need this. Others will follow. I know they will. We can be first. We can be the best. Others I know will follow!

Something has to be done now Governor Napolitano. You can help make it come to pass! Please lead the way.

Thank you for your time regarding this tremendously important, guaranteed to be, lifesaving matter.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey L Knapp
