Kind of interesting your talk of the deer. We have deer that come up near our house. Your deer shots always seem a bit more wild than what I see. I admire how many shots you and Shirley seem to get. And very excellent ones at that.

Thanks,
Shirley, I always appreciate your comments.
Miroslav, These are totally free ranging wild deer. The fence is there to protect this area from my horse. The deer come and go at their will. The fence is no obstacle. The deer typically jump the fence and the antelope normally crawl under the fence. It would require a sheep tight or chain link fence of at least 8' high in order to contain the deer. Also in Wyoming it is illegal to have your own deer. All wildlife is by law the property of the State of Wyoming. Since I have no control over the deer, I have to take their photos wherever they happen to be. In this case, they happened to be on this side of the fence.

It's a shame that those animals are beetwen the bob wires. They should walk freely. Very intimate and nice shoot.

Someone has to make sure he is clean behind his ears! This is a sweet shot Robert, affection of the most basic kind.
