14th October, rush hour

The usual mad rush for the ferry!
We arrived on the Isle of Bute
Still away on holiday.
I'll post the rest up when I get home.

Unless she's just a bit faster than you are? Looks a wonderful old building Northy!

A wonderful, curvy sweep of walkway.
Leo Charette15-Oct-2004 00:55
Very interesting structure. I love how the curve leads you through the image. The colors are wonderful and the metal work on top really hold my interest. Could use a 2.5 degree CCW rotation. Very good daily catch.

Ohhhh, I really like this!!! Great lines, love the wood floor.
(And it's so clean!)

Great, but I'd be interested to see what this looks like in monochrome too. I think the shapes are so strong here, it would be very good.

Oh so it was the Northy family in the rush for the ferry, not a crowd surge :>) That's okay, should be more of this style of living. I like your links & hope you all have a great time.

Can almost hear the echoes of her shoes in this immense, yet empty walkway. I love the repetetive arches and the way this turns the corner to.. infinity? (poor lady)

careful now, dont rush the old dear!

This place brings back lots of memories for me... not all of them good! Thought you were staying on Bute tomorrow night. Liam and I won't be down until about 4pm. We're going via Rhubodach. Hope you'll still be there!

Wow, look at this rush hour traffic, but you can't wait to get out of the
rat race and back home! LOL!

Very cool effect. feels like slowly slipping down
Guest 14-Oct-2004 20:23
ooh, I remember this from one of Zak's - Waverley! Nice bend round. You going to try for a dual PBaser SP Friday tomorrow?
Guest 14-Oct-2004 20:22
Such a dynamic feel here. Great loneliness in this one. Would be stunning in B&W.
