A postcard from York

Shots taken over the weekend 26-28 August, 2005. We travelled up for a wedding and managed to walk round a fair bit of the city in our free time. We didn't send any postcards whilst we were there but, if we had, these are the kind of scenes I'd like to have sent.

Excellent gallery, was there back in '89. It's how I remember it, you've brought back some wonderful memories. This gallery really describes York like the beautiful city it is.

this is a great gallery, and your images are very well taken, I know York well (come from nearby) and can appreciate your photos all the more because of that
