This guy was named Estes, and he often gave me a ride in to Milton, FL. I have forgotton his first name.

His bunk was near a back door that had a good breeze. In 1959-60 there was no AC in the barracks. Just a few small fans mounted to the walls.

Estes was a PO2, and on his second hitch He worked on the T 28's at South Field.
