Night of Museums



17.05.2008.
One week before the Eurovision song contest 2008, that was held in Belgrade, we had an inspiring event called "Night of museums". One ticket opened the doors of many museums in Serbia. Lots of people came out on the streets hurrying to see the exhibitions.It was a very fine and warm summer evening and many locals and tourists that came to Belgrade in order to enjoy the Eurovision contest where on the streets, laughing, having fun, enjoying the evening and snapping photos along the way.
I was glad to see so many smiles on the faces of young and elderly people, and felt great energy and spirit.
That night was ideal for me to test my new toy - FujiFilm FinePix F30, which I have bought under the excuse that I have missed
so many wonderful photo opportunities and priceless moments by not having a compact camera with me.
You all now how nice is to carry a bag full of equipment on 30 degrees Celsius, when everybody around is having fun :(

I like how this gallery is progressing Milos, especially the choice to make it virtually monochrome. Also, congrats on the new compact camera, your sentiments and reasoning in buying one match mine exactly; as they say, the best camera is the one which you have with you!
