Normally I do not like photograph street events. I prefer wandering on the streets and shoot randomly what interests me. But this time I was so "hungry" for shooting after 3 months of winter, that with local photography group decided to go to 2010 St. Patrick's Day Parade in Toronto, hoping to get some spring joy of shooting on street. We plan it week ahead and the weather promised to me very nice. On Friday night it started raining. I rained all day Saturday and all morning Sunday. I decided to stay home, but an hour before Parade should start rain suddenly stopped. I literally jumped into the car and drove downtown hoping for the best. It was terribly cold, but not rainy, although the people were ready to show their spirit in any weather, even poring rain. So it turned out to be fun.
