Sea Shells at Carlingford

Louth Local Authorities are good at accessing funds from the Government Per Cent For Art Scheme which
sets aside a percentage of capital works projects such as roads and housing for public art. As a result
we have quite a number of interesting sculptures dotted around the county. This sea shell is one of several by
artistic Martina Galvin on the green overlooking Carlingford Lough.
