I can't believe how cold it still is. I know I shouldn't expect more but it was freezing when I took Fudge for his evening walk.
After a few days of tempting warmth and sunshine earlier in the week, the sort of weather that makes one think of casting clouts even though May is not out, it's back hailstones and icy breezes.
And the farmers have been out again - a dreadful odour of slurry hung over Dundalk today and I could even smell it when I got home from work.
