Colourful Visitor

The little blue tit is the most colourful visitor to the bird feeder.
Unfortunately the feeders are in the shade so it makes it difficult
to get a good shot. I hid behind the wheelie bins so I could
get closer.

He has some good food to keep him healthy through the winter!

Great shot of this blue tit feeding, well done for sneaking up on him and not getting spotted. v

sounds like you had fun sneaking about your yard..great result too...the tit itself seems a bit furtive as well...V

I saw a blue tit in the Loire valley last January. It was so exciting to see such a pretty little bird in person!
This is a fabulous capture! V

I think that is perfect, all the better for shade with the hint of light in the ruffled feathers - super shot. V

Excellent! Good use of a wheelie, I hope no one saw you lurking :0) Looks like he's got some warm sun on his back.
