Today was my first full day back at work so there was little time for photo opportunities.
We headed for the sales yesterday, going to an outlet village in Banbridge, Co Down.
While it's a good spot for picking up bargains, I find it a soulless sort of place, a pretend
town where there is little chance of meeting people you know.
Did some clinical shopping, picking up mostly practical things like sheets and socks,
as well as some half price Christmas baubles.

What a lovely Christmas ornament. Your capture makes me feel like I can reach out and put it on my tree here.

This shot says "home-sweet-home" and your commentary supports it nicely. V

You got a beautiful ornament and we got a lovely photo. So, some good came out of it. :)

I find most shopping these days a soulless experience...but be cheerful, you got some lovely little baubles so consider yourself all set for next Christmas :o))

Outlet malls are rather soulless, aren't they. This is a wonderful ornament, nostagic! V

Hmmm, "clinical shopping"; I like that, I must plagiarise that term.
A very nice, detailed, well lit macro-like shot to end the festive break (except for those of us who don't have to go back to work until next week, gloat, gloat).

A very beautiful Christmas ball, and well photographed. But I know what you mean about such places being soulless.
