Went jogging for the first time this year. Well, to be honest, jogging might be a slightly
over ambitious description. I jog a couple of hundred yards, then walk past our neighbours'
houses so that they won't laugh at me (and it allows me to catch my breath), jog a bit more, walk
up the hill of the old railway bridge, run down, and then do the reverse until I arrive
back home. There was a lovely sea breeze this evening so it wasn't quite as hard
as I had feared.
But I still needed to put my feet up when I got back home. Although of course I
would kill my son if I caught him doing the same!
