Feet Up

Went jogging for the first time this year. Well, to be honest, jogging might be a slightly
over ambitious description. I jog a couple of hundred yards, then walk past our neighbours'
houses so that they won't laugh at me (and it allows me to catch my breath), jog a bit more, walk
up the hill of the old railway bridge, run down, and then do the reverse until I arrive
back home. There was a lovely sea breeze this evening so it wasn't quite as hard
as I had feared.
But I still needed to put my feet up when I got back home. Although of course I
would kill my son if I caught him doing the same!

Wonderfully sharp image with good tones; mono was a good choice here.

Good for you!! I like the photo! Tell me, are you left handed?

Well done for the exercise, you deserve to put your feet up, good choice to make it b/w also.

As an ex marathon runner I know exactly where you're coming from Mairead. Don't give up! :-)

Kids should do as you say, not as you do :o) My hat's off to you, you've just jogged more than I will in the next five years...

those shoes look perfect for your imminent encounters with Tuscan cobblestones...fair play to you for getting out and going..right now I am conserving energy and just exercising between house and car...in the next lifetime though, Plan B comes into effect...

I know the feeling - I walk (my knees are worn) but from time to time I "jog" for about 25 yards along the way. It does get the heart rate higher and burns more calories (but not enough :-). Love the image!
