Bellurgan
It was another bright sunny crisp day, a chilly minus 3ºC in the morning
rising to 9ºC by afternoon.
As we work throughout lunchtime on Tuesdays, I get home early so I had
plenty of time to go for a walk before the light faded. We live on the
edge of Dundalk Bay and the tidal mudflats attract thousands of
migratory birds each winter. It's a peaceful place to walk, to watch
the changing light and listen to the lonesome call of the curlew.
