Gretta

Today I decided to pluck up my courage and ask someone if I could take their picture.
I knew that Gretta would be the perfect candidate as she had worked in television in
her native Lithuania and her partner is a keen photographer. She runs the coffee shop
where we get our takeaway coffees and she willingly agreed to my request.

Never hurts to ask. Most people will oblige. If they say no, well that is okay too, because you are no worse off that before. This is a wonderful portrait. I like the softness and light. I like seeing her doing her job. V

The better people look in a photo, the more likely they are to agree. 8^> That's a very well lit image; not so easy to do indoors without resorting to reflectors and the like. She's well lit on her right without going too much into shadow on her left. Well done!
