It's always hard to keep photographing the same old surroundings...so in this gallery I've tried to some degree to look at my surroundings from a different angle and perspective. My hometown; Madison, Wisconsin has a blend of old and new...which in my mind is regrettably leaning toward the new. I find many of the old buildings seem more interesting, substantial and have more character than many of the new, with exceptions of course. I've attempted in this gallery to look at things familiar in a new way (to me) thanks for stopping by. Here's a link to some other area scenes I've photographed: http://www.pbase.com/madlights/10d_citiestowns Barri
