I can see how this theatre might have gotten your attention. Cool name for a theatre, right? I've been trying my hand at a few HDR's too and I like how you got the desired exposure effect without too much color saturation. I'm not sure if it ruin the effect you're after but why not give it a quick little sharpening tweak with some unsharp mask. Fine old building...ever notice most new constructions these days look more like warehouses?
