A dozen red
Crab apple blossoms
I needed to post one more before they are gone
Did you know that they are roses?
Apple pear nectarine cherry peach plum
All are roses
They say the rose was the first plant ancient man cultivated
As much because of the nutritious rose hip as the beautiful flower

I can see why you keep taking them. It's just so delicate and lovely. And interesting botany lesson as well. Never knew that.

Do you ever get bored of taking well composed, prefectly exposed, excellently focused, and ideally lit photos?

Yep, nice view, of an apple blossom. Apples, pears and many other fruit trees are indeed of family of rosacae.

Beautiful... Our appletree hasn´t bloomed yet. Lovely image. And I just love the smell of apple-blossom.

Beautifully shot. Love the color and shallow depth of field. And the overall clarity and sharpness is outstanding.

I am with Adalberto!
It is not always easy to have nice backgrounds with this kind of picture.

Great 3 D effect the pink flower in the shadow against a green sunlit background.
