Oriental Honeybuzzard at Quezon National Park

Fatbirder's Top 1000 Birding Websites

Got a few flight shots of this long-necked raptor earlier this morning (Nov. 20th) during a brief visit to QNP, in short instances when some sunlight managed to peek through breaks in the rainclouds.
I didn't see the Rufous Hornbills, but I was glad to know from local folks that at least 7 of these Hornbills were spotted the day before my visit. Seems they're surviving decently in this place.
