In this December 8 sortie at Mt. Makiling, I was fortunate to capture documentary photos of the endemic Black-and-white Triller (both sexes) and the uncommon migrant Scaly Ground-Thrush, both photo-lifers for me. I also got better pics of the Yellow-wattled Bulbul, and I caught a glimpse of the elusive Rufous Paradise-Flycatcher ( a female). Unfortunately, the RPFC flew away even before I can frame it in the viewfinder.
