Hi Romy,
Just a note on the behavior of the Shrike species. One of the common names for Shrikes as a group is Butcherbird for the habit of impaling their prey on spiky twigs, barb wire or anything else that is pointy. The documentation of this behavior in this particular Shrike is very scanty though there are documented cases of it that I know about. Maybe you will get lucky and see this happen with this Shrike.
