It’s a late one though – and this is my comfort after a very long day – some toast, with real butter and made with home-made bread (Mum’s Wessex Mill flour too.)

I should have been in a restaurant when I took this shot, having a lovely meal with friends and then setting off for a really important meeting. Instead I’m at home, which is both good and bad.

Last year we were having a fantastic low-fi evening with friends!
