I’m moving along from ‘rough’ to ‘death warmed up’ at the moment – dunno if it’s ‘Night Nurse Cold Turkey’ or what but I feel worse now than a few days ago and DM says I sound like an asthmatic, I’m wheezing so much.

So, nothing, but nothing has been done here other than go out and get emergency supplies of dog food and this week was supposed to be my ‘home work’ week before going back to my day job. Yeurch. I’m fed up. Take two weeks off and spend much of them feeling like shit……the yolk’s really on me this time.

This was my only inspiration – some really, really fresh food, laid but a few short hours ago by Mo, smallest chicken, biggest eggs. I’ve made us a nice ‘comfort food’ supper and am now fretting in case I undo my good work while away and put back on the weight I lost while away – but on the basis of ‘feed a cold and starve a fever’ I thought I’d get away with cheese and lentil pie and mash. Home made even though all I feel like doing is lying on the sofa and watching trash on the telly.

I’m now at my lowest weight for nearly seven years and still have ambitions for another half a stone. Will I get there? I dunno but pass me some more hot buttered toast and let’s try and kill off this bug!

Without prior reference to last year, I find myself doing a shot today of a subject I referred to on my record breaking 1180th day - a year ago!
