That's Deerfield dr. in front and Ohio street behind. I can just make out my parent's garage, but the house is behind trees. There was a huge elm behind the garage, but the disease got it way before Wurlitzer Park was built. Mid '60s ?

as lovely as this picture shows the multitude of colored trees, the vast decimation of the elegant elms of north tonawanda can draw a tear to those of us that remember this town before the dutch elm plague. the entire town lived under the canopy of those magnificent beasts. we would look at them through all the seasons of change and they would look down upon us.

you are a remarkable talented man, jacob, i'm proud to have lived in this city with you during, if not its golden age, then certainly its silver age.

i miss fireflys.

any chance that in the future you could take a picture of 273 goundry st? my family use to live there many, many years ago. i apologize for that request, i know how busy you are without having to deal with silly requests.

Boy, it sure is true, you leave a beautiful place and you never forget it because it lays deep in the heart of you. Miss that place! Been away for the last 11 years.

Jacob: I left N.T. about forty-eight years ago, but I go back every year. This goes to prove you can take the girl out N. T., but not N. T. out of the girl. My heart will always be there. What no pictures of Pee Wee's Pizza or Rainbow Roller Rink. Miss the beautiful Niagara River. Your pictures are great and your N.T. pano beautiful, all greatly appreciated. R.J.Z.
